Tigress is a club that offers a home away from home. The venue features 6 tournament-sized Pool Tables and 1 Korean Pocketless 4-Ball Carom Pool Table, set within a sophisticated, high-ceiling, botanical theme. This unique combination allows members to choose between having a round of serious and competitive pool or to practice your drills, or to simply just a relaxing time over casual games and drinks with your mates.
Additionally, Tigress is proud to be equipped with Singapore’s only pool system for game recording & skill level tracking for members. With an unbeatable prime location in Somerset/Orchard Road, Tigress also takes pride in her F&B offering for her members. Featuring a 5-meter cocktail bar and barista-quality coffee, members may also choose to come for our quality Cheeseburgers or Korean stew with rice for their meals.

- Only applicable to active member’s personal bill.
SOCIAL NIGHT
EVERY SATURDAY NIGHT- Friends and family are welcome.
- One complimentary welcome drink for active member only.
12-3PM
EVERYDAY TABLE FEE WAIVED- Practice daily 12-3pm with free table for members!
- Members will be asked to combine tables in the event of a full house.
PREMIUM
TABLE SURCHARGE WAIVED- The surcharge of $5 for use of the premium Rasson pool tables will be waived for members.
- Availability of the premium tables are not guaranteed. Reservations are recommended.
RESERVE
POOL TABLES BEFORE COMING- Reservation of pool tables will be allowed for members only.
- Reservations are subjected to availability of tables and/or any private venue full book-out.
- Please be responsible with reserving as we would have to turn away potential customers to keep your booking. We seek your understanding that irresponsible reservations resulting in No-Shows and last minute cancellations will be detrimental to our business.
CUE LOCKER
PRIVATE FOR MEMBERS ONLY- Private cue lockers will be provided for active members only.
- In the event of subscription lapses / cancellations without clearing of lockers, management has the right to remove items in the locker after the 3rd day of the month.

ONLINE POOL ACCOUNT- Record your game play! Access and download your videos and SuperShot saves anytime on the Billizone website.
- Track and upgrade your pool skill and levels by playing with others and trying the practice modes.
- See how you rank with the other Tigress members to bring excitment to games by having friendly sessions!

Questions on Membership
1. Monthly membership subscription terms.
Monthly subscription fee of $88nett will be auto-renewed and deducted on the 1st of every month. An active credit card will need to be kept on your personal Stripe’s secured accounts. Notification of cancellation to the membership must be given in writing (message/whatsapp/email) at least 7 days before the next month. Refunds will not be possible once the subscription fee is processed on the 1st of the month.
2. Can I pause my membership for a month if I have to travel?
We will not be able to hold membership slots on a pause status if the club is full and there is a waiting list for the membership. You may cancel your membership for the month and register again once you are ready to join. However, availability of the member slot can not be guaranteed you might made be placed in the waiting list.
3. Can I transfer my club membership?
Membership is not transferrable if the club is full and there is a waiting list for new member signups. In the event there is not a waiting list, transfers can be made on request.
4. What happens if club member slots are full?
You will be placed on a waiting list. Availability of memberships and position on the waiting list will be based on first-come-first serve basis only.
5. Why are we limiting membership slots?
As Tigress only has 6 pool tables, the number of active members will be limited to ensure fair usage and availability of the pool tables for all members. It’s our way to provide assurance that we try our best to prevent turning our members away during the peak period when we tend to be full.
