1. Do I have to make a reservation before coming? How do I make a reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome but a reservation is highly encouraged to avoid any disappointment.
To make a reservation, simply Call/WhatsApp Us at +65 8112 0480 or drop us a message on Instagram @kommune_82soho with the following details:
– Your First & Last Name
– Mobile Number
– No. of Pax Coming
– Activity [Korean Karaoke/PlayStation 5/Board Games/Computer Gaming]
– Date of Booking
– Time & Duration
2. Is there a room where I can do the PC, PlayStation 5, Korean Karaoke and Board Games at the same time?
No. As each area is specifically catered to only one activity, you will have to choose between playing the PC, Korean karaoke, board games or PS5. If you would like to try all the activities, we would suggest booking them at different time slots.
3. Are food and drinks allowed? / Can I bring my own food and eat in the rooms?
Yes. We offer snacks and beverages but you are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks (NO ALCOHOL) for consumption inside the rooms but please do try to clean it up after the session. In adherence to the COVID-19 measures, please keep your masks on at all times after eating and drinking.
4. What is your reservation policy? Can I just pay on the day itself?
For all reservations made for weekends (Friday to Sunday, Public Holiday Eve, and Public Holidays), we will require an upfront non-refundable payment via PayNow to secure the reservation. The payment will be non-refundable in any cases of cancellations/changes – you are only allowed to postpone your session once if we are informed of the changes at least 24 hours in advance. Payment details will be sent to you once the booking is confirmed and if you would like to pay on the day of your booking, a tentative booking will be made but if someone wants your slot, we will have to release your booking.
For all reservations made for weekdays (Monday to Thursday), no upfront payment will be needed but the booking will only be held for a maximum of 5 minutes before it’s released. Hence, do try to arrive at least 5 minutes before your session so that we can commence your session on-time. Payment can be done on the day itself for weekdays.
5. What if I'll be late for my session?
Please inform us the timing you’ll arrive so that we can hold the booking for you.
6. Can I extend my gaming/singing session on the day itself?
Yes, you can extend your session on the day itself but that will be subjected to availability.
7. What are your operating hours?
We open daily.
Monday – Thursday & Sunday: 11:30am – 12am
Friday & Saturday: 11:30am – 1am
8. What payment methods do you accept?
Credit Card, Cash, NETS, PayNow, PayLah, etc.
9. How many people can your rooms fit?
Our PlayStation rooms can fit up to a maximum of 6 pax. However, only 4 people can play simultaneously on the PlayStation 5 at once.
Our Korean Karaoke rooms can fit up to 10 pax in the bigger rooms. Please note that as it usually comfortably sits 6 pax, it might be a bit of a squeeze.
